TO USE: Daily take 1 to 2 softgels with water, can divide into 1-2 times per day. Do not exceed taking 6 softgels per day without first consulting your healthcare provider.  If other CBD/CBDa ingestible products are being utilized in conjunction with this product, those dosages should be factored into your total daily intake. Excellent products, really works

I started using these as an alternative to NSAIDs after a Total Knee Replacement. I typically take 1-2 before sleeping at night. Since I have been taking this product I have actually slept through the night without any pain. I’m a big believer and will continue using this product.

Soft gels are very helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone. For me personally 100 mg is what is helpful

Amazing Relief!
